中国观赏石协会会长寿嘉华在广西柳州主持了观赏石鉴评师培训班开班仪式、为“中国观赏石基地”柳州奇石城授牌后,于2008年12月17日专程到广西“光热城”——“中国观赏石之乡”的广西合山市调研考察。陪同前往的有广西华地工贸中心董事长、中国观赏石协会副会长陶江,广西观赏石协会会长张士中,柳州市赏石协会常务副会长刘开建。
