材料和方法从芭蕉属的11个栽培种,获得外植体(侧芽的顶梢、芽眼、“蕉米”、吸芽以及亲本假茎)进行各种试验。这些材料代表了芭蕉属(Musa)的相当大部份变异种,包括了AA、AAA、AAB和ABB四种染色体组类型,包括了很矮到很高的植株类型,包括饭后水果、淀粉都进行了试管繁殖试验。栽培种名单中包括三个芭蕉栽培种(Musa AAB组):法国芭蕉(Ntanga)、False—Horn芭蕉(Agbagba),Horn芭蕉(Asamiensa)三个品种。这三个种的花序都已退化(Tezenas Du Montcel等人,1983)。
MATERIALS AND METHODS Various experiments were carried out on 11 cultivars of the genus Musa with explants (top shoots of lateral buds, bud eyes, “banana”, suction buds and parental pseudostems). These materials represent a substantial portion of the genus Musa, including the AA, AAA, AAB and ABB four genomic types, ranging from very low to very high plant types including postprandial fruits and starches In vitro test was conducted. The list of cultivars includes three Musa AAB species: Ntanga, Agbagba, False-Horn and Asamiensa. The inflorescences of all three species have degenerated (Tezenas Du Montcel et al., 1983).
