综述了轴流透平机械通流部分泄漏流动及控制技术的研究进展,首先详细介绍了轴流透平机械特别是汽轮机通流部分的泄漏流动特性及其对通流效率的影响,接着介绍了透平机械动叶顶部间隙泄漏流动特性及其对透平级气动性能的影响的研究,讨论了考虑间隙泄漏流动对某四级工业汽轮机气动性能的影响,研究了某汽轮机高压缸平衡孔对透平级气动性能的影响及其作用机制。论文简介了透平机械流动控制技术及其研究进展,最后给出了对透平机械泄漏流动及控制技术的研究展望。
In this paper, the research progress of leakage flow and control technology of axial flow turbine mechanical flow passage is reviewed. Firstly, the leakage flow characteristics of axial flow turbine, especially the turbine flow passage, and its influence on flow efficiency are introduced. The research on the influence of clearance leakage flow at the tip of turbomachinery and its effect on the aerodynamic performance of turbine stage is discussed. The influence of clearance leakage flow on the aerodynamic performance of a four-stage industrial turbine is discussed. Effect of Horizontal Aerodynamic Performance and Its Mechanism. The paper briefly introduces the turbomachinery flow control technology and its research progress, and finally gives the research prospect of turbomachinery leakage flow and control technology.
