采用ANSYS有限元软件对某型液力变矩器输出轴进行了工作应力计算分析,结果表明,小花键后端齿根处存在严重的应力集中。与传统的计算方法相比,有限元分析方法能准确地获得输出轴的真实应力分布,为强度计算和改进设计提供了可靠的依据。
ANSYS finite element software was used to calculate the working stress of the output shaft of a hydrodynamic torque converter. The results showed that there was a serious stress concentration at the tooth root of the spline. Compared with the traditional calculation method, the finite element analysis method can obtain the true stress distribution of the output shaft accurately, which provides a reliable basis for the strength calculation and design improvement.
