施工企业党员发展工作如何适应市场经济,加快现代企业制度的建立,更好地发挥党组织的政治核心作用?带着这个问题,最近,笔者对石油六建公司担负主业施工的工程建设党委和下属的基层党支部的党建情况进行了一次摸底调查。针对调查情况笔者做了认真的分析,找出施工企业党员发展工作的主要因素,提出相应的对策。 目前施工企业党员发展工作存在几个不合拍 与企业发展要求不合拍。流动分散的施工企业,要在激烈的市场竞争中不断扩大生产经营规模,没有一批思想素质和业务素质都较高的先进分子,企业很难在市场竞争中有所作为。六建公司的党员很大一部是1969年前后从部队复员进企业的,这些党员现大都接近退休年龄,企业中管理和生产骨干青年所占比重越来越大,而近几年从青年职工中发展的党员很少,为数不多的年轻党员大都是从大中专院校毕业分配来的。
