采用浸没沉淀法制备玄武岩纤维粉体改性PVDF膜。利用SEM观察膜的表面形态,测试膜的厚度、密度、接触角以及抗紫外线性能等对膜进行表征,探究玄武岩纤维粉体含量对膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维粉体质量分数的增加,共混膜表面逐渐变得致密,断面变得不规整;膜的厚度逐渐变大,密度逐渐变小,孔隙率、接触角均增大;断裂伸长率呈先增大后减小的趋势,而断裂强度的变化与之相反;玄武岩纤维粉体与PVDF共混,可以使PVDF膜对紫外线的反射率增大、透过率减小、吸收率增大,共混膜具有很好的抗紫外线性能。
Preparation of basalt fiber powder modified PVDF membrane by immersion precipitation. The surface morphology of the film was observed by SEM, the thickness, density, contact angle and UV resistance of the film were tested to characterize the membrane to investigate the influence of the basalt fiber powder content on the film performance. The results showed that with the increase of basalt fiber mass fraction, the surface of the blend membrane gradually became denser and the cross section became irregular. The thickness of the membrane gradually increased, the density gradually decreased, and the porosity and contact angle increased. The elongation at break increases first and then decreases, but the change of rupture strength is the opposite. The basalt fiber powder blended with PVDF can increase the reflectivity of PVDF film to ultraviolet light and reduce the transmittance, Absorption rate increases, the blend film has good UV resistance.
