思考之一:城市电视台必须坚持“小”生产。城市电视台于80年代中期,在全国雨后春笋般地涌现出来,以其事业新、设备新、手段新、队伍新等特点,在各种宣传媒介中独领风骚,得到了广大人民群众的厚爱。
One of the considerations: City TV stations must adhere to “small ” production. Urban television stations emerged in the mid-1980s in the country with mushroomed popularization. They took the lead in all kinds of publicity media with new features, new equipment, new means and new teams. They were favored by the masses.
