一、施工概况在大、维修工作中,更换混凝土轨枕螺旋道钉,一直是工务部门难度较大的一项工作。我段管内京包线原67型螺旋道钉铺设近159km,需全部拔出,重新锚上TB564~76螺旋道钉,才能满足逐年换轨大修按装弹条Ⅰ型扣件的要求,1986年上级下达我段更换混凝土轨枕螺旋道钉70kin的任务。在一无机械设备,二无施工经验的情况下,我们组织了110人参加的专业施工队伍,试用、改造了各种机具,经过多次改进劳动组织和作业程序,采用机械化成段流水作业方法,在不影响运输、不增设人员的前提下,施工日进度由250m提高到300m,机械磨损率下降了
