核电站人员可靠性是确保核电站安全、经济运行的最直接的重要因素之一。该工作以认知科学、行为科学和人机工程学为工具,从人的认知行为特性、行为形成因子、人因失误机理和组织管理等侧面系统地研究了核电站系统人员可靠性问题;建立了人因事故分析基础理论和方法;提出了具有普遍意义的预防人因事故、提高人员可靠性的途径与对策。该成果已在核电营运单位、管理部门和科研院所应用,对核电站设计、运行和管理具有重要的指导意义和实用价值。
Nuclear power plant personnel reliability is to ensure that nuclear power plant safety, economic operation of the most direct one of the important factors. This work systematically studied the reliability of nuclear power plant system personnel from the aspects of cognitive behavior, behavioral formation factors, human error mechanism and organizational management using cognitive science, behavioral science and ergonomics as tools. The basic theory and method of human factor analysis; put forward the universal means to prevent man-made accidents and improve the reliability of staff ways and countermeasures. The achievements have been applied in nuclear power operation units, management departments and research institutes, and have important guiding significance and practical value for the design, operation and management of nuclear power plants.
