藻胆体的光谱性质反映了藻胆体的组成和结构上的特征,不同藻类的藻胆体的差别又反映了物种间的差异和进化地位,所以研究藻胆体的光谱性质具有十分重要的意义.为此必须获得完整的藻胆体.我校生物系先后采用化学和机械破碎等方法均不能获得理想的藻胆体,而超声波是提取完整藻胆体的较佳方法,本文介绍我们在这方面的一些实验结果.
The spectral properties of phycobilisomes reflect the compositional and structural features of phycobilisomes. The difference in phycobilisomes of different algae also reflects the differences and evolutionary status among species, so it is very important to study the spectral properties of phycobilisomes significance. To do this, we must have a complete phycobilisome. The Department of Biology has successively adopted chemical and mechanical crushing methods can not get the ideal phycobilisomes, and ultrasound is the best method to extract the intact phycobilisomes, this article describes some of our experimental results in this area.
