本文基于1995-2013年高技术产业29省级面板数据,运用随机前沿分析法,探讨内部研发、技术引进和国内技术购买三种技术来源对企业创新绩效的影响。结论表明:研发人员对于创新的贡献为0.3左右,研发人员贡献不如资本投入贡献大;单独购买国外技术不会有助于企业创新绩效,除非配合投资于内部研发,加强消化吸收能力;投资于国内技术购买有利于提升创新能力,但是不能提高企业的吸收能力。
Based on the panel data of 29 provincial high-tech industries in 1995-2013, this paper uses stochastic frontier analysis to explore the impact of internal sources of R & D, technology introduction and domestic technology purchase on the innovation performance of enterprises. The conclusion is that the contribution of R & D staff to innovation is about 0.3, the contribution of R & D staff is not as good as that of capital investment. Purchasing foreign technology alone will not contribute to the innovation performance of enterprises, unless it cooperates with R & D to strengthen the digestion and absorption capacity; Technology purchases help to improve innovation, but can not improve the absorptive capacity of enterprises.
