玄武岩纤维布是一种性能优异的新型复合材料。通过对12根矩形截面木梁的静力试验,进行玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)加固木梁抗弯性能的试验研究,分析对比梁与加固梁的承载力、挠度等结构性能指标。试验结果表明:在木梁受拉区粘贴玄武岩纤维布是提高木梁抗弯性能的有效方法。并应用ANSYS软件对BFRP布加固木梁的抗弯性能试验的全过程进行了数值模拟,得到加固木梁在竖向荷载作用下的荷载-位移曲线,应力-应变云图等。通过数值计算结果与试验结果的对比,验证了应用ANSYS程序对FRP加固木梁进行数值模拟的可行性。
Basalt fiber cloth is a new type of high performance composite materials. Through the static test of 12 rectangular cross-section wooden beams, the experimental research on the flexural behavior of the wooden beams reinforced with basalt fiber cloth (BFRP) was carried out. The structural performance indexes such as bearing capacity and deflection of the contrasting beams and the reinforced beams were analyzed. The test results show that basalt fiber cloth is the effective method to improve the flexural performance of wooden beams. The whole process of the bending test of BFRP-reinforced timber beams was simulated by ANSYS software. The load-displacement curves and stress-strain cloud curves of the reinforced timber beams under vertical load were obtained. By comparing the numerical results with the experimental results, the feasibility of applying ANSYS program to simulate the FRP strengthened beam is verified.
