原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤较少见，占颅内肿瘤的0．3％～1．5％［’］。Hernry报道83例原发性中枢神经系统恶性淋巴瘤，占全身各系统恶性淋巴瘤的0．7％。Litman等综合文献报道仅150例。我科经手术并病理证实2例，现报道如下。1临床资料本组2例为男性患者，例135岁，例250 Primary lymphoma of the central nervous system is rare, accounting for 0.3% to 1.5% of intracranial tumors [’].
