北京近5年以来女性购房比重均在45%以上,2012年女性独立购房比重达到47%,已经超过上海这样一个女性地位更高的城市。北京因此成为大陆女性购房现象最显著的城市。
In the recent 5 years, Beijing’s proportion of female purchasers has been above 45%. In 2012, the proportion of independent purchasers of women reached 47%, surpassing Shanghai, a city with a higher female status. Beijing therefore became the most prominent city for mainland women buying houses.
