根据读者反映,大家迫切需要了解在电工科技方面的各种会议的情况,希望以综述的形式介绍会议科技内容的梗概;同时希望有一个渠道,能够复印个人所需要的部分论文。这样可以使广大读者得到更多的信息,对工作可以有所参考或帮助,同时也可以更有效地扩大会议的社会影响。本刊认为这是一件非常有意义的建议,同时广大作者和读者也必然会积极地支持这一工作。为此,本刊正式开辟了《学术会议综述》这个栏目,并提出以下几项办法,请予支持为感。1.学术会议包括国际、国外和国内在电工科技方面的学术交流会、技术研讨会、经验交流会等,凡是与本刊内容有关的会议都包括在内。2.对于国际或国外的会议,恳请出国人员承担起这一工作来,及时写好会议综述,本刊和广大读者是会非常感谢你们的。3.对于国内的学术会议,凡属中国电工技术学会系统的或联合召开的,请各专业委员会秘书处商请专家撰写,或者及时通知本刊,由本刊负责聘请专家撰写。不属中国电工技术学会的会议,请参加会议的同志自动投稿。4.对会议综述的要求如下:①请以综述的形式着重介绍会议的科技内容,篇幅尽量精简,根据会议内容确定篇幅的大小,一般以2000～4000字为宜;②请选择一些(例如十几篇)比较重要的论文,列出其题目、作者。属于中国电工技术学会系统的会议,则这些重要论文恳请各专业委员会秘书处负责为需要的读者提供复印件。不属于中国电工技术学会系统的会议,则请会议综述的作者或作者单位为读者提供复印件,在综述中务请写明提供复印件的联系人和通信处以及复印费用和汇款方式。如果对这一工作确有困难时,也可将少数的重要论文复印一份,寄“北京百万庄南里1号电工技术杂志编辑部”,由编辑部为读者提供复印件。 According to the readers, there is an urgent need to understand the various conferences and meetings in the field of electrotechnics and technology.
