采用室内果实浸泡法,对枣主栽品种进行抗裂性测定。根据枣果的抗裂程度可把枣品种分为极抗裂、抗裂、较抗裂、易裂和极易裂5个类型;根据抗裂性与果实着色程度的关系,可分为花红果裂果程度大于全红果的品种,花红果裂果程度小于全红果,花红果与全红果裂果程度无差异3个类型。枣果抗裂性还与果实用途有关,制干品种抗裂性强,鲜食品种抗裂性差,鲜干兼用品种抗裂性介于两者之间。
