一、前言在合成氨生产中,铜液会出现沉淀,主要是由于原料气中硫化氢、二氧化碳含量高,以致生成硫化铜和碳酸铜沉淀.另外,设备被腐蚀和油污等也会引起少许沉淀,但引起大量沉淀还是在于前者,因此,很有必要弄清楚其沉淀是硫化铜还是碳酸铜,以便及时处理.多年来,我们通过一些实践,拟定了一个简单、易行的分析方法,借助于这一方法,能较快地判断造成沉淀的原因,对生产起到一定作用.
