比较了光周期、6-BA和GA3处理对春石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl.)侧芽、花芽、高位芽和鳞芽发育的影响。结果表明,长日照有利于侧芽的成花,而短日照能促进节上的侧芽形成高位芽及基部形成鳞芽;6-BA能显著促进侧芽的萌发,进而有利于花芽、高位芽的形成,同时也显著促进鳞芽的形成;施加GA3则对于侧芽的萌发和花芽的形成均有抑制作用,但有利于高位芽的形成,对鳞芽萌发无明显影响。建议在春石斛的栽培中,采用不同的光周期调控其开花和自然营养繁殖材料的生产,利用6-BA促生长的显著作用加快其生产。
The effects of photoperiod, 6-BA and GA3 treatments on the development of lateral buds, flower buds, hippocampus and scale buds of Dendrobium nobile Lindl. Were compared.
