当前纵轴式掘进机截割臂特性研究较少,截割臂的设计主要依据设计人员的经验。为此,对某型号掘进机截割臂进行建模,结合截齿的力学模型,通过ANSYS对截割臂进行静力学分析,得到截割臂在截割载荷作用下的变形和应力情况,给出了出现情况的原因,为截割臂动力学研究提供基础,为改进和完善适应半煤岩截割特性的纵轴式掘进机截割臂的设计提供理论依据。
At present, there are few researches on the characteristics of the cutting arm of longitudinal boring machine. The design of the cutting arm mainly depends on the designer’s experience. For this reason, the cutting arm of a certain type of roadheader is modeled, and combined with the mechanical model of the picks, the static analysis of the cutting arm is carried out by ANSYS to get the deformation and stress of the cutting arm under the cutting load. The reasons for the emergence of the situation provide a basis for the study of cutting arm dynamics and provide a theoretical basis for improving and improving the design of the cutting arm of longitudinal boring machine adapted to the cutting characteristics of semi-coal rock.
