目前过继性回输活化的巨噬细胞治疗局部和转移性肿瘤的临床试验正在进行之中,但由于回输体内的巨噬细胞缺乏持续的刺激信号而影响了其抗肿瘤功能的充分发挥.若能将具有活化巨噬细胞功能的细胞因子——巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)和IFN-γ基因转入巨噬细胞以同时增强其免疫效应功能和抗原提呈功能,再将此巨噬细胞用于治疗局部肿瘤,将有望而取得更好的抗癌效果.
At present, clinical trials of adoptive reinfusion-activated macrophages in the treatment of local and metastatic tumors are ongoing, but due to the lack of continuous stimulation signals in the macrophages in the reinfusion, the anti-tumor function has been affected. The macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) and IFN-γ genes that can activate macrophage function can be transferred into macrophages to simultaneously enhance their immune effector function and antigen presentation function. Macrophages are used to treat local tumors and will hopefully achieve better anti-cancer effects.
