通过分析喷雾方式、喷雾流量与除尘器性能的关系,结合应用环境对矿用湿式除尘器喷雾结构进行优化设计,得到了较好的喷雾结构,并实现除尘器低内阻、低耗水目标。通过在川煤集团嘉阳煤矿现场应用证明,该湿式除尘器能够有效抽吸现场含尘气流,工作面降尘效率达96.64%,明显改善了工作面作业环境。
By analyzing the relationship between spray mode, spray flow rate and performance of precipitator, and combining with the application environment, the spray structure of mine wet dust remover is optimized. The better spray structure is obtained and the target of low internal resistance and low water consumption is achieved. Through the field application in Jiayang Coal Mine of Sichuan Coal Group, the wet dust remover can effectively suck the dusty air flow on the site, and the dust reduction efficiency of the working face can reach 96.64%, which obviously improves the working environment of the working face.
