目的:采用化学药物亚硝酸钠导致小鼠记忆巩固障碍的损伤模型,研究中药复方七福饮的促智作用。方法:采用亚硝酸钠制作的小鼠记忆巩固障碍模型[1-2]为实验对象,通过跳台实验对小鼠进行学习记忆能力测定,评价七福饮对模型小鼠记忆力的影响;并检测小鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物歧化酶(GSH-PX)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)的活力及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:七福饮各剂量组小鼠错误次数显著减少(P<0.01),中、高剂量组潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05);各剂量组小鼠脑组织SOD、GSH-PX活性明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),MDA含量显著性降低(P<0.01);各剂量组CHE活性明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:七福饮可对抗亚硝酸钠致记忆巩固障碍模型小鼠学习记忆能力的下降。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Chinese herbal compound Qifuyin on nourishing the brain by using chemical sodium nitrite as a model of memory impairment in mice. Methods: Using mouse model of sodium nitrite memory impairment [1-2] as experimental subjects, the ability of learning and memory of mice was evaluated by jumping platform test to evaluate the effect of Qifu Yin on the memory of model mice; The activity and MDA content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and cholinesterase (CHE) Results: The mice in each dose of Qifuyin significantly reduced the number of errors (P <0.01), and the latency of middle and high dose groups was significantly prolonged (P <0.05). The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in brain of mice of each dose group was significantly increased (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The content of MDA decreased significantly (P <0.01). The activity of CHE in each dose group decreased significantly (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion: Qifuyin can counteract the decline of learning and memory in mice with memory consolidation disorder caused by sodium nitrite.
