笔者认为,企业信息化是企业价值创造的现实背景与前提条件,在信息化的不同阶段,企业通过一体化的战略选择对企业的绩效有着不同的影响。本文对此及企业价值创造的“可持续性”与“可测度性”予以探讨。
The author believes that enterprise information is the realistic background and precondition for the creation of enterprise value. In different stages of informationization, enterprises have different influences on the performance of enterprises through the integration of strategic choices. This article discusses the “sustainability” and “measurability” of enterprise value creation.
