事故水塔常用于工业循环冷却水系统的安全供水。根据不同的循环水用户和不同的循环水水质一般需要设置多个事故水塔,造成工程投资的上涨并给水塔的运行维护工作带来不便。另外,事故水塔内的水不参加整个循环水处理流程,时间一长水质也难以得到保证。为此对事故水塔的设计进行了分析和探讨,提出了自循环多功能工业事故水塔的设计方法,可为实际工程提供借鉴。
The accident water tower is commonly used for safe water supply in industrial circulating cooling water systems. According to different circulating water users and different circulating water quality generally need to set up multiple accident towers, resulting in a rise in project investment and to water tower operation and maintenance of the inconvenience. In addition, the water inside the accident water tower does not participate in the entire circulating water treatment process, over time the quality of water is difficult to be guaranteed. Therefore, the design of accident water tower is analyzed and discussed, and the design method of self-circulation multi-functional industrial water tower is proposed, which can provide reference for practical engineering.
