电力市场中,属于同一发电厂商的发电机组可以通过联合竞标获得更佳的发电收益。在长期的竞标过程中嵌入对机组的成本效益分析,将对发电厂商进行成本核算及远景发展规划有重要的意义。文中从发电机组联合竞标的角度出发,通过建立相应的效益分配模型,对厂商所属发电机组的获利进行了分析,并根据分析结果对厂商的市场定位和发展战略等问题进行了探讨。考虑到电网输电阻塞的存在对发电机组联合竞标及效益预算产生较大的影响,用算例对此进行了仿真计算。计算和分析结果表明,文中所提出的方法是有效、可行的。
In the electricity market, generating units belonging to the same power generator can obtain better power generation benefits through joint bidding. In the long-term bidding process embedded in the cost-benefit analysis of the unit, the cost of power generation companies will be planning and long-term development planning is of great significance. In this paper, from the point of view of co-bidding of generator set, the profit-making of generator set owned by manufacturer is analyzed by setting up the corresponding benefit allocation model, and the market positioning and development strategy of the manufacturer are discussed according to the result of the analysis. Considering that the existence of transmission congestion in power grid has a great impact on the bidding and efficiency budget of generating units, a numerical example is given to simulate this. The results of calculation and analysis show that the proposed method is effective and feasible.
