为检测二羟基乙二肟(DHG)对细胞的恶性转化能力,判断其体外致癌性,本研究用DHG对BALB/c-3T3细胞进行转化试验。结果表明:DHG能诱导BALB/c-3T3细胞发生转化,转化细胞可使刀豆球蛋白(ConA)凝集并可在软琼脂上生长,将其接种于BALB/c裸小鼠皮下能诱发出纤维肉瘤。以上结果充分说明DHG诱导的BALB/c-3T3细胞的转化为恶性转化,预示该化学物对人类具有潜在致癌危险性
In order to detect the malignant transformation ability of dihydroxy ethanedipine (DHG) cells and determine its in vitro carcinogenicity, this study used DHG to perform transformation experiments on BALB/c-3T3 cells. The results showed that: DHG can induce the transformation of BALB/c-3T3 cells, transformed cells can concanine (ConA) agglutination and can grow on soft agar, it can be inoculated in subcutaneous BALB / c mice can induce fiber sarcoma. The above results fully demonstrate that the conversion of BALB/c-3T3 cells induced by DHG to malignant transformation indicates that the chemical has potential carcinogenic potential to humans.
