Objective: To explore the relationship between the position of the pregnant woman in the lying position and the posterior posterior position of the pillow. Methods: From January 2004 to January 2010, obstetrics and gynecology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College was diagnosed as occipitophthalmus by color Doppler ultrasound and obstetric examination. There was no obvious abnormalities in the birth canal or head basin, the age of 20-32 years Initial maternal 200 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The contractions of the two groups were all knees, contractions during the contraction, the observation group ipsilateral prone position (ipsilateral prone> 90 °); control group contralateral prone position (contralateral prone> 90 ° and contralateral spin Head pillow over 12:00). Results: 90% of the observation group were transvaginal delivery in the anterior occipital region and 10% of the cesarean section. In the control group, 78% were transvaginal delivery in the anterior occipital region and 20% in the cesarean section. Conclusion: The angle of the lateral position is closely related to the success rate of correcting the posterior position of the occiput. Correct posterior position may take kneeling position (180 °), ipsilateral prone position (> 90 °), ipsilateral lying position (90 °), and the contralateral prone position (contralateral prone position> 90 ° and the head pillow More than 12:00); if the contralateral prone <90 ° or contralateral prone> 90 ° but the head of the pillow does not exceed 12:00, the fetus will continue to rotate to the posterior position of the pillow; 00, fetal position unchanged.
