目的研究细叶杜香Ledum palustre全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等分离方法,对细叶杜香醋酸乙酯萃取物的化学成分进行分离并经波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构,并通过清除DPPH实验探讨其抗氧化活性。结果从细叶杜香全草无水乙醇提取液醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到14个酚类化合物,分别鉴定为白藜芦醇(1)、桑辛素M(2)、儿茶素(3)、表儿茶素(4)、莨菪亭(5)、七叶内酯(6)、秦皮素(7)、5-羟基-2-甲氧基苯甲酸(8)、秦皮啶(9)、2α,3α-epoxy-5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavan-(4β-8)-epicatechin(10)、2α,3α-epoxy-5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavan-(4β-8-catechin)(11)、臭矢菜素A(12)、臭矢菜素C(13)、异秦皮苷(14)。结论化合物1、2、8~13为首次从杜香属植物中分离得到;化合物3、4、6、7、10、11具有显著的抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant Ledum palustre. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to separate the chemical constituents from the ethyl acetate extract of Euphorbia. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. The antioxidant activities of the compounds were also investigated by DPPH scavenging assay. Results Fourteen phenolic compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of the ethanol extract of the whole plant, and were identified as resveratrol (1), cexinin M (2), catechin (3) , Epicatechin (4), scopoletin (5), aesculetin (6), phloretin (7), 5- hydroxy-2-methoxybenzoic acid Tetrahydroxyflavan- (4β-8) -epicatechin (10), 2α, 3α-epoxy-5,7,3 ’, 4’-tetrahydroxyflavan- (4β- 8-catechin (11), Omeprazole A (12), Omeprazole C (13) and Isopinoside (14). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 8-13 are isolated from the genus Dulcimer for the first time. Compounds 3, 4, 6, 7, 10 and 11 have significant antioxidative activity.
