基于疲劳试验研究了孔径对铆接连接件疲劳寿命的影响。分析试验件破坏形式发现,疲劳破坏存在多个疲劳源,最先发生疲劳裂纹的铆钉位置可通过比较裂纹长度和宽度判定。比较该铆钉孔孔径对应的试验件的疲劳寿命试验结果表明:在较高应力水平作用下,不同孔径对应的疲劳寿命差异较小;在较低的应力水平作用下,对于凸头铆钉铆接件,孔径在4.07~4.08 mm范围内的试验件疲劳寿命较优;对于沉头铆钉铆接件,孔径在4.07~4.10 mm范围内的试验件疲劳寿命较优。为此,建议将5/32 in的铆钉对应的孔径控制在4.07~4.10 mm范围内,通过控制孔径的方法可以达到提高铆接连接件疲劳寿命的目的。
Based on the fatigue test, the influence of the aperture on the fatigue life of the riveted connector was studied. Analysis of the destruction form of the test piece shows that there are multiple fatigue sources for fatigue failure, and the location of the rivet where the fatigue crack first occurs can be judged by comparing the crack length and the width. The fatigue life test results of the test pieces corresponding to the aperture of the rivet holes show that the fatigue life difference corresponding to different hole diameters is smaller under the action of higher stress level. For the rivet fittings of the nose rivet with the lower stress level, The fatigue life of the test piece with the hole diameter in the range of 4.07 ~ 4.08 mm is better. For the riveted head rivet, the test piece with the hole diameter in the range of 4.07 ~ 4.10 mm has better fatigue life. For this reason, it is suggested that the corresponding aperture of 5/32 in rivet be controlled within the range of 4.07-4.10 mm, and the purpose of improving the fatigue life of the riveted connecting member can be achieved by controlling the aperture.
