浅析伴生气处理装置投料与轻烃回收率

青海油田存在丰富的伴生气资源,为有效提高油田开发综合利用水平,努力提高伴生气轻烃收率以及产品质量具有十分重要的意义,也可创造客观的经济效益和社会效益。以采油一厂尕斯联合站为例,在伴生气稳定轻烃回收装置的原料气预处理、原料气增压、脱水、冷凝分离、制冷系统、精馏等单元在满足工艺设计要求的情况下,往往还会出现原料放空、产品质量不达标、产品收率低于设计数值等诸多问题,尽可能提高整个系统生产的连续性,是进一步提高收率的有效途径。 There are abundant associated gas resources in Qinghai Oilfield.
