目的:分析糖尿病足(DF)高危患者护理中的积极融合延续护理服务理念的价值.方法:以2016年12月-2018年12月间入本院治疗的63例DF高危患者为研究主体.分成A组和B组,分别是33例与30例.A组给予延续护理,B组给予常规护理.对比护理效果.结果:A组的DF发生率为12.12％,B组为33.33％(P<0.05).护理后两组的血糖水平均低于护理前,且A组低于B组,对比组间与组内血糖水平差异显著(P<0.05).A组的足部护理能力评分高于B组(P<0.05).结论:为DF高危患者行延续护理可降低其DF发生率和血糖水平,利于其护理技能提升,具有较佳的护理效果.
