介绍了所研制的区域电网电压无功优化控制系统的基本结构、控制策略、功能及特点。该系统采用了区域控制方法 ,按照分层控制结构进行设计 ,其核心算法不但考虑了电压质量的约束条件 ,以及网损最小、控制代价最小等目标 ,还考虑了防止电压崩溃等因素 ,以保证电力系统的供电质量 ,提高经济效益。结合徐州电网应用实例 ,分析了该系统在提高电压质量、保证电网安全等方面的效果。
The basic structure, control strategy, functions and features of the developed regional reactive power optimization control system are introduced. The system uses the regional control method, according to the hierarchical control structure design, the core algorithm not only consider the voltage quality constraints, as well as the minimum loss, control the minimum cost and other goals, but also to prevent voltage collapse and other factors to ensure that Power supply quality of the power system, improve economic efficiency.
