本文介绍了用双引伸计测定和计算裂纹顶端张开位移CTOD和J积分的方法,对裂纹顶端张开位移CTOD(或δ)和转动因子γ,δ-J积分之间的关系,和裂纹扩展阻力曲线δ-△α及J-△α进行了讨论。根据双引伸计测量结果可以计算出整个加载过程中的裂纹顶端张开位移CTOD和J积分。该方法看来比DD19合理,在DD19中将γ取为常数(γ=1/3)。 试样几何尺寸相同时,β=τ/σ_γδ的值取决于材料。应用双引伸计的多试样可以做出δ-△α和J—△α的阻力曲线。
In this paper, the method of measuring and calculating the integral of CTOD and J at the top of crack by double extensometer is introduced. The relationship between crack tip open displacement CTOD (or δ) and rotational factor γ, δ-J integral and crack propagation Resistance curves δ- △ α and J- △ α are discussed. According to the double extensometer measurement results can be calculated throughout the loading process crack tip open displacement CTOD and J integral. This method seems reasonable than DD19, with γ being taken as a constant in DD19 (γ = 1/3). When the sample geometries are the same, the value of β = τ / σ_γδ depends on the material. The multi-sample with double extensometer can make the resistance curve of δ- △ α and J- △ α.
