目的了解北京市朝阳区中小学生维生素D水平,为预防学生维生素D缺乏性疾病以及可能相关的成人疾病提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法,抽取北京市朝阳区4所小学和4所初中学校,每个学校各年级选取1个班的学生为研究对象,采用电化学发光法检测其血清中25羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平。结果检测564例中小学生的血清中25-(OH)D平均水平为(19.10±6.79)ng/ml,其中男生为(16.69±7.00)ng/ml,女生为(18.50±6.52)ng/ml,各个年级男女生25-(OH)D水平没有显著差别。朝阳区中小学生维生素D充足率仅为6.2%;但维生素D缺乏率为58.4%,各个年级的25-(OH)D缺乏率差异有统计学意义(χ2=60.26,P=0.000)。结论北京市朝阳区中小学学生维生素D缺乏严重。应有针对性地增加室外活动和补充维生素D,改善其严重缺乏状况。
Objective To understand the vitamin D levels of primary and secondary school students in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and to provide basis for the prevention of vitamin D deficiency and related adult diseases. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 4 primary schools and 4 junior high schools in Chaoyang District of Beijing. One student from each grade in each school was chosen as the research object. The 25 hydroxyl groups in serum were detected by electrochemiluminescence Vitamin D [25- (OH) D] levels. Results The mean levels of 25- (OH) D in serum of 564 primary and secondary school students were (19.10 ± 6.79) ng / ml, (16.69 ± 7.00) ng / ml for boys and 18.50 ± 6.52 ng / There was no significant difference in 25- (OH) D levels between boys and girls in all grades. However, the vitamin D deficiency rate was 58.4% in all primary and secondary school students in Chaoyang District, but there was no significant difference in the 25- (OH) D deficiency rate in all grades (χ2 = 60.26, P = 0.000). Conclusion Primary and secondary school students in Beijing Chaoyang District, vitamin D deficiency. It should be targeted to increase outdoor activities and vitamin D supplementation to ameliorate their serious lack of status.
