嘉绍大桥是嘉兴至绍兴跨江公路通道跨越天然屏障钱塘江河口段的一座特大型桥梁,为解决突出的温度变形问题,设计使用了刚性铰伸缩装置。为了检验刚性铰伸缩装置的运动性能、减振性能、抗冲击性能、车辆平顺性和冲击噪声,设计了模拟伸缩装置边界条件的梁端模型,并进行了一系列静动力试验和实车跑行试验。试验结果表明,刚性铰伸缩装置达到了预期设计目标。
Jiashao Bridge is a large bridge spanning the natural barrier Qiantang River Estuary between the Jiaxing-Shaoxing cross-river highway. To solve the outstanding temperature deformation problems, a rigid hinge telescopic device was designed and used. In order to test the motion performance, vibration damping performance, impact resistance, vehicle ride comfort and impact noise of the rigid-hinge telescopic device, a beam-end model was designed to simulate the boundary conditions of the telescopic device, and a series of static and dynamic tests and real- test. The test results show that the rigid hinge telescopic device has achieved the expected design goals.
