工商管理教学中案例教育与知识转换本应是统一的,两者是相辅相成共同影响的,但在实际教学中,两者的结合并不紧密,这就使得高校培养的工商管理人才实践能力较弱,面对较为棘手的商业问题不知该如何处理,这不符合社会对人才培养的要求。本文结合案例教学法应用的困境与知识转换的难点,对当前工商管理教学现状进行了分析,再此基础上提出了工商管理专业人才培养的创新策略,目的是提高工商管理专业人才的总综合素质,使高校培养的人才能有更大的发展舞台。
The case education and knowledge conversion in the teaching of business administration should be unified. The two are mutually reinforcing and mutually influential, but in the actual teaching, the combination of the two is not close, which makes the practical ability of the business and management personnel trained in colleges and universities weak. In the face of more difficult business problems, I do not know what to do with them. This is not in line with the requirements of the community for personnel training. Based on the application of case teaching method and the difficulty of knowledge conversion, this paper analyzes the current status of business administration teaching, and on the basis of which, puts forward the innovation strategy of business administration professionals’ training to improve the overall quality of business management professionals , So that people trained in colleges and universities can have a greater stage of development.
