通过添加Mo、Cr、W等合金元素制备了热作模具钢样品。分析了淬火温度和回火温度对热作模具钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,1095℃淬火/30 min+610℃/60 min回火后的热作模具钢样品性能较佳,其抗拉强度为1945MPa,屈服强度为1545.7 MPa,硬度值为56.7 HRC,冲击韧性值为12.32 J/cm2。微观分析显示,样品内部组织非常均匀,组织主要以马氏体和粒状碳化物为主,同时还存在少量残余奥氏体。
Hot work die steel samples were prepared by adding alloying elements such as Mo, Cr, W and so on. The effects of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of hot die steel were analyzed. The results show that the hot work die steel with 1095 ℃ quenching / 30 min + 610 ℃ / 60 min tempering has better performance. The tensile strength is 1945MPa, the yield strength is 1545.7MPa, the hardness is 56.7 HRC, the impact toughness Is 12.32 J / cm2. The microscopic analysis shows that the internal microstructure of the sample is very homogeneous. The microstructure mainly consists of martensite and granular carbide with a small amount of retained austenite.
