目的观察酪酸梭菌活菌散联合茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿黄疸(即高胆红素血症)的临床疗效。方法将122例新生儿黄疸病例随机分为对照组和治疗组，在对照组蓝光照射和营养支持的基础上加服茵栀黄口服液，治疗组加服酪酸梭菌散和菌桅黄口服液，观察二组疗效。结果治疗后组72h后两组胆红素水平有统计学差异(<0.05)，日均胆红素下降值有显著统计学差异(<0.01)，胆红素消退时间有统计学差异(<0.05)。结论口服酪酸梭菌活菌散和菌桅黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿黄疸症可降低胆红素水平，缩短黄疽消退时间，未发现副作用。“,”Objective To observe the effect of Clostridium butyricum viable powder combined with Yinzhihuang in treating neonatal jaundice.Methods 122 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.the control group were treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid,treatment group taking the Clostridium butyricum powder and Yinzhihuang,and observe the effects of the two groups.Results After 72 hours, the serum bilirubin level and the time of the bile duct of the two groups were significant different ( <0.05).Conclusion Clostridium butyricum live bacteria powder and Yinzhihuang can reduce the bilirubin level of neonatal jaundice,and shorten the time of jaundice subsided.
