1997~ 1999年 ,分别从中国长江三角洲稻区的 2 76份和日本稻区 30份水稻种子样本中分离出 3 2 0 0余个及 30 3个非致病菌株。经细菌学、菌落形态及致病性测定后 ,对 386个格兰氏阴性菌及 30个阳性菌进行 Biolog鉴定 ,并用 3个水稻病原菌进行了拮抗性筛选。从中国的水稻种子中测得假单胞杆菌属的 10个种及 5个非假单胞杆菌属中的 14个种 ;从日本的水稻种子中测得假单胞杆菌属的 6个种及 5个非假单胞杆菌属中的 10个种。这 5个非假单胞菌属中的 14个种尚未有从中国稻谷上分离出来的记录。从中国的 14个细菌种及日本的 10个细菌种中测得拮抗菌 ,其中占拮抗细菌种总数 6 4%的种来自假单胞杆菌属和芽孢杆菌属
From 1997 to 1999, more than 3 0 0 and 30 3 non-pathogenic isolates were isolated from 2 76 rice growing areas in the Yangtze River Delta of China and 30 rice seed samples in the Japanese rice area respectively. After bacteriological, colony morphology and pathogenicity determination, 386 Gram-negative bacteria and 30 positive bacteria were identified by Biolog and three rice pathogens were used for antagonistic screening. 10 species of Pseudomonas and 14 of 5 non-Pseudomonas species were detected from rice seeds in China; 6 species of Pseudomonas species were detected from Japanese rice seeds and Five of the five non-Pseudomonas species. Fourteen of the five non-Pseudomonas species have not yet been recorded from Chinese rice. Antagonistic bacteria were detected from 14 bacterial species in China and 10 bacterial species in Japan, of which 64% of the total number of antagonistic bacterial species were from Pseudomonas and Bacillus
