基于某大型加工车间普通车床中心架支撑爪经常因磨损严重而废弃,对目前市场上的中心架支撑爪进行调查及组织观察,分析发现目前使用的支撑爪材料为球墨铸铁。将支撑爪材料改为镍硬铸铁,进行耐磨性测试,通过热加工,发现在保证工件不被磨损的前提下,采用镍硬铸铁,将极大提高支撑爪耐磨性能。将镍硬铸铁应用在支撑爪上,不但能降低因磨损更换带来的经济损失,更能保证加工工件的精密性。
Based on a large-scale processing workshop ordinary lathe center frame support claws often abandoned due to serious wear and tear on the market on the center frame support claws to investigate and organize observation, analysis found that the current use of the support claw material is ductile iron. The support claw material into nickel hard cast iron, wear resistance test, through thermal processing and found that the workpiece is not worn under the premise of the use of nickel hard cast iron will greatly improve the wear resistance of the support claw. The nickel cast iron applied to the support claw, not only can reduce the economic loss caused by wear and tear, but also to ensure the precision of the workpiece.
