目的研究沙枣仁油的理化性质,成分及其清除自由基的能力。方法用索氏提取法提取沙枣仁油,测定其折光指数、比旋光度及碘值,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术鉴定其化学成分,并通过DPPH法测定其清除自由基的能力。结果沙枣仁油的折光率为1.7050,无旋光性,碘值为62.50 gI/100g;气相色谱-质谱检测分析沙枣仁油的主要成分及其质量分数为亚油酸(35.00%),亚麻酸(19.40%),8-十八碳烯酸(11.05%),7-十八碳烯酸(15.54%),棕榈酸(9.93%),硬脂酸(9.07%);以维生素E作为对照物,沙枣仁油对DPPH自由基有很好的清除作用。结论沙枣仁油中的亚油酸和亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,二者具有降低血脂、软化血管、降低血压、促进微循环的作用,从而证实沙枣仁具有很好的药用价值,而且其具有较强的清除DPPH自由基的能力,是一种有前途的天然抗氧化剂。
OBJECTIVE To study the physicochemical properties, composition and free radical scavenging ability of jujube kernel oil. Methods Sapirudin oil was extracted by Soxhlet extraction, its refractive index, specific rotation and iodine value were determined. The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The DPPH method was also used to determine its ability to scavenge free radicals. Results The jujube kernel oil had a refractive index of 1.7050 and no optical activity. The iodine value was 62.50 gI / 100g. The main constituents and the mass fractions of jujube kernel oil were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with linoleic acid (35.00%), (19.40%), 8-octadecenoic acid (11.05%), 7-octadecenoic acid (15.54%), palmitic acid (9.93%) and stearic acid Material, jujube kernel oil DPPH free radicals have a good scavenging effect. Conclusion The linoleic acid and linolenic acid in the jujube kernel oil are the essential fatty acids of the human body, and both of them have the functions of lowering blood fat, softening blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and promoting microcirculation, thus confirming that the dates palm has good medicinal value, and It has a strong ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals and is a promising natural antioxidant.
