目的:观察高血压大鼠视网膜色素上皮的超徽结构,探讨其与神经视网膜病变的关系。方法:用透射电镜观察5、6、7月龄自发性高血压大鼠及同月龄京都种大鼠视网膜色素上皮细胞超微结构。结果:高血压大鼠视网膜色素上皮细胞中线粒体肿胀,内质网扩张,基底部皱褶减少,微绒毛变稀疏,色素颗粒减少,这些退行性改变随鼠龄增大血压的增高而加重。结论:在高血压视网膜病变的早期视网膜色素上皮细胞已有缺血、缺氧所致的退行性改变,提示早期的治疗对防止病情的发展和视功能损害有重要意义。
Objective: To observe the ultrastructure of retinal pigment epithelium in hypertensive rats and to explore its relationship with neuroretinopathy. Methods: The ultrastructures of retinal pigment epithelium in spontaneously hypertensive rats of 5, 6, 7 months old and Kyoto rats of the same age were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: Hypertensive rat retinal pigment epithelial cells in mitochondria swelling, endoplasmic reticulum dilatation, basal fold reduction, microvilli thinning, pigment particles decreased, these degenerative changes with increasing age-related increase in blood pressure and aggravate. Conclusion: Early retinal pigment epithelial cells in patients with hypertension retinopathy have been ischemia, degeneration caused by hypoxia, suggesting that early treatment to prevent the progression of the disease and visual function impairment is of great significance.
