知识经济时代,知识是高技术企业的重要资产。自主创新是高技术企业依靠自身科技实力开展研发活动,最终实现科技成果商业化的过程。将自主创新过程分为创新构思形成、实验原型形成、工业原型开发、商业化4个阶段,发现自主创新各阶段的知识需求各不相同,进而研究各阶段的知识集聚特点。创新构思形成阶段主要集聚技术知识、伦理道德知识和市场知识,实验原型形成阶段主要集聚技术知识和市场知识,工业原型开发阶段主要集聚生产工艺知识和组织管理知识,商业化阶段主要集聚产品推广知识和投放时机选择知识。在此基础上,按照各阶段知识集聚类型,构建了高技术企业自主创新知识集聚模型。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is an important asset of high-tech enterprises. Independent innovation is the process by which a high-tech enterprise relies on its own scientific and technological strength to carry out research and development activities and ultimately commercialize scientific and technological achievements. The process of independent innovation is divided into four phases: the formation of innovative ideas, the formation of experimental prototypes, the development of industrial prototypes, and commercialization. The knowledge needs of different stages of independent innovation are found to be different, and the characteristics of knowledge aggregation at various stages are studied. The stage of innovation concept mainly focuses on technical knowledge, ethics and market knowledge. During the formation of experimental prototypes, it concentrates technical knowledge and market knowledge. During the development of industrial prototypes, it mainly collects production process knowledge and organization management knowledge. During the commercialization stage, it focuses on product promotion knowledge And timing to choose knowledge. On this basis, according to the types of knowledge clustering in each stage, a high-tech enterprise independent innovation knowledge clustering model is constructed.
