1,25—二羟维生素D_3[1,25(OH)_2D_3]是维生素D_3 的活化型代谢物。众所周知,维生素D_3参与钙平衡和骨代谢。Abe等发现,1,25(oH)_D_3对MI细胞系有分化作用;随后,用不同造血组织细胞证实其对细胞分化的作用;但1,25(OH)_2D_3对单核-巨噬细胞功能的影响尚未探讨,据此,本文研究1,25(OH)_2D_3及维生素D_3的其他代谢物对这类细胞形成过氧化氢的作用。单核吞噬细胞形成这类氧化还原产物与其杀微生物和杀肿瘤活性密切相关。
