随着ISFET性能的改进和种类的增多,有关其应用研究愈来愈深入。到目前为止,实验室内的应用研究已取得了可喜的进展;这予示着在不久的将来,在生物医学、临床诊断和分析化学等领域,此类器件必将得到广泛的应用。 目前国外主要研究将ISFET用于分析人和动物的体液。1983年在日本市场上出现了pH-ISFET和CO_2-FET的商品,美国和欧洲的工业界也开始致力于ISFET的研究和发展。ISFET在临床上应用的难度较大,其主要原因是:目前ISFET的性能尚不够完善,有时还不能全面满足临床测量
With the improvement of ISFET performance and the increase of kinds, more and more researches on its application are going on. To date, promising advances have been made in applied laboratory research; this shows that in the near future, such devices will be widely used in the fields of biomedicine, clinical diagnostics and analytical chemistry. At present, foreign major research ISFET will be used to analyze human and animal body fluids. 1983 appeared in the Japanese market, pH-ISFET and CO_2-FET products, the United States and European industry has also begun to ISFET research and development.
