目的 研究卵巢上皮性肿瘤中survivin、bcl X基因蛋白的表达及其相关性。方法 2 0 0 0年 9月至2 0 0 2年 9月应用免疫组织化学技术 ,检测正常卵巢组织及良、恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中survivin、bcl X基因蛋白表达。结果 survivin及bcl X在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达阳性率分别为 6 3 3%和 4 6 9% ,显著高于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织 ( 2 6 9%和 15 4 % )和正常卵巢组织 (阴性 ) (P <0 0 1)。Ⅲ~Ⅳ期恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的survivin蛋白表达水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织 (P <0 0 5 )。survivin阳性表达与bcl X的过表达密切相关。结论 survivin基因的异常表达而引起的凋亡抑制在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生中起一定作用 ,其过表达或 (和 )bcl X基因蛋白表达阳性 ,提示恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤预后不良
Objective To study the expression of survivin and bcl X protein in epithelial ovarian tumors and their correlation. Methods From September 2000 to September 2002, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of survivin and bcl X in normal ovarian tissues and benign and malignant epithelial ovarian tumors. Results The positive rates of survivin and bcl X in malignant ovarian epithelial tumor tissues were 63.3% and 46.9%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissues (26.9% and 15.4%) and normal Ovarian tissue (negative) (P <0.01). The level of survivin protein in stage Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ malignant ovarian epithelial tumor was higher than that in stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ malignant ovarian epithelial tumor (P <0.05). The positive expression of survivin is closely related to the overexpression of bcl X. Conclusions The inhibition of apoptosis induced by the abnormal expression of survivin plays a role in the pathogenesis of malignant ovarian epithelial neoplasm. The overexpression or (and) expression of bcl X gene protein is positive, which indicates the poor prognosis of malignant ovarian epithelial neoplasm
