文中提出的无功电压控制(AVC)系统主站部分基于分级电压控制结构。其中,二级电压控制通过求解一个考虑多目标的二次规划问题,将中枢母线电压控制在给定的设定值附近;三级电压控制利用以网损最小为目标的最优潮流计算,求出中枢母线电压的设定值曲线。使用符合IEC61970标准的公共信息模型(CIM)导入导出技术与当前能量管理系统(EMS)交换数据,并提出了多条措施来保证控制系统的可靠性和鲁棒性,使之在江苏电网中得到较好的应用。
The reactive power control (AVC) system proposed in this paper is mainly based on the hierarchical voltage control structure. Among them, the second-order voltage control solves a quadratic programming problem which considers the multi-objective, and the central-bus voltage is controlled in the vicinity of the given set value. The third-order voltage control uses the optimal power flow calculation with the least loss as the goal The central bus voltage set point curve. In order to ensure the reliability and robustness of the control system, this paper uses the CIM import and export technology to exchange data with the current energy management system (EMS) according to IEC61970 and makes it available in Jiangsu Power Grid Better application.
