全国铸铁及熔炼第一次学术会上,特种铸铁共有十六篇论文。其中抗磨铸铁七篇,耐磨铸铁五篇,铸铁件表层合金化一篇,高锰灰铸铁一篇、用柱镁硼石熔炼硼铸铁一篇。反映出当前我国特种铸铁发展与应用的情况。近几年来,开展了对钨系抗磨铸铁的研究,比较深入的和系统的研究了钨对碳化物结晶过程形成的机理。研究了铸件表层合金化的形成机理,钒、钛、硼、磷、铬、钼等合金元素在铸铁中的状态和作用机理。以下简要地将会议中主要论文内容作一介绍,以供参考。
National cast iron and smelting the first academic meeting, a total of sixteen special cast iron papers. Of which seven anti-wear cast iron, five wear-resistant cast iron, cast iron surface alloying one, a high manganese gray cast iron, with a column of magnesium boron cast iron castings. Reflects the current situation of China’s special cast iron development and application. In recent years, carried out on the tungsten wear-resistant cast iron research, more in-depth and systematic study of the formation of tungsten carbide on the crystallization process. The forming mechanism of alloying of castings and the state and mechanism of alloying elements such as vanadium, titanium, boron, phosphorus, chromium and molybdenum in cast iron were studied. The following briefly summarizes the major papers in the conference for reference.
