目的研究尖齿臭茉莉Clerodendrum lindleyi根和茎的化学成分及其体外自由基清除活性。方法采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定;并采用DPPH法对分得的化合物进行体外自由基清除活性测试。结果从尖齿臭茉莉中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为白桦脂酸(1)、单乙酰马蒂罗苷(2)、4″-O-乙酰马蒂罗苷(3)、赪桐苷A(4)、3″,4″-O-乙酰马蒂罗苷(5)、洋丁香苷(6)、木栓酮(7)、粘霉烯醇(8)、蒲公英萜醇(9)、钩大青酮(10)、海通酮E(11)、(24S)-乙基胆甾-5,22,25-三烯-3β-醇(12)、hedyotol C 4″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(13)。化合物1~6从根中分离得到,7~13从茎中分离得到。化合物1~12显示了不同程度的DPPH清除活性。结论化合物1~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物13为首次从该属植物中分离得到。分离得到的苯乙醇苷类、萜类及甾醇类成分均具有一定的DPPH清除作用,其中苯乙醇苷类成分4″-O-乙酰马蒂罗苷、单乙酰马蒂罗苷和洋丁香苷活性最为显著。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of roots and stems of Clerodendrum lindleyi and their free radicals scavenging activity in vitro. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of column chromatographic techniques. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. The DPPH method was used to test the free radical scavenging activities of the compounds obtained. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as betulinic acid (1), monoacetyl matilulose (2), 4 “-O-acetyl-matilulose (3) (4), 3 ”, 4“ -O-acetyl Matiropalin (6), cilostazol (6) (12), hedyotol C4 ”-O-beta-glucosamine (10), sea urotone E (11), (24S) -ethylcholasta-5,22,25-trien-3β- D-glucopyranoside (13). Compounds 1 to 6 were isolated from the roots, and 7 to 13 were isolated from the stems. Compounds 1 to 12 show different degrees of DPPH scavenging activity. Conclusions Compounds 1 ~ 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 13 was isolated from this genus for the first time. The isolated phenylethanoid glycosides, terpenoids and sterols all had certain DPPH scavenging activities. Among them, 4-O-acetyl-Matiropaloside, monoacetyl-matilulose and irisoside were most active Significant.
