开发培训讲师胜任能力模型,是打造培训讲师管理体系、开展培训师资队伍建设的重要实践。以HB电力公司为对象,采用高管焦点访谈、目标人群行为事件访谈、胜任特征问卷调查等方法开发了培训讲师的胜任能力模型。研究发现,培训讲师胜任能力模型包括了8项一级胜任能力项,技术类、技能类、管理类培训讲师的胜任能力模型在一级胜任能力项的权重上存在差异。论文最后讨论了8种胜任能力的内涵与表现。
Developing a training instructor competency model is an important practice in building a training instructor management system and training the construction of faculty members. Taking HB Power Company as an example, the competency model of training lecturer was developed by focusing on interviews with senior executives, interviews with targeted crowd behavior events, and questionnaire of competency characteristics. The study found that the training instructor competency model includes eight first-level competencies, technical skills, skills, management training instructor competency model in a competency of competencies vary. Finally, the dissertation discusses the connotation and performance of eight competencies.
